Helmi Mirek Co. LLC, trading as Helmi Co ("we", "us"), builds and operates AI workflows for our clients. This notice explains what we collect from visitors to this website and from the organizations we work with, and what we do with it.
Delivering an audit or a build usually means access to systems that contain your operational data — inboxes, CRM records, form submissions, documents. That access is governed by the agreement we sign with you, not by this notice. In general:
We use third-party providers to run our business and to build workflows. The ones relevant to this website are our web host and our scheduling provider. Engagement-specific providers — model vendors, automation platforms, cloud storage — are named in your agreement before work starts.

Enquiries and correspondence are retained while there is an active or prospective relationship, and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. Client system data is retained only for the duration of the engagement unless your agreement says otherwise.
CONFIRM: state a specific retention period if you want one — e.g. "enquiries deleted after 24 months"
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@helmico.ai and we will respond. Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights — including under the laws of your state or country — and we will honour those.
If we change this notice materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
